As a busy mom, recent transplant to Fort Worth and biology student at University of Texas at Arlington, Sonia Milano had a lot on her plate in 2011. Indigo appeared as something of a godsend:
“I began my journey with Baptiste Yoga as a way to slow down,” says Sonia. “And I fell in love with the practice and people.”
Four years later, Sonia completed her certification through the Brooke Hamblet Teacher Training School, as well as the Baptiste Institute’s Art of Assisting workshop. One of Indigo’s premier jacks-of-all-trades, Sonia can teach, assist and man the desk with the best of them. When she’s not at the studio, this avid hiker and gardener pursues adventure and enjoys life with her husband and three children.
