As we continue to offer our in-studio classes at limited capacities, run HEPA filters during operating hours, and have the studio treated weekly by bioPURE, we are excited to announce that we will be adding Germicidal Ultraviolet (GUV) lights to the practice space! GUV lights are a primary means of safe and highly effective air disinfection.

VIRTUAL MEDITATION

Join us online Monday through Friday at 8:15am for virtual meditation! You will learn how to set yourself up to sit comfortably and sustainably, followed by a ten-to-fifteen minute guided sit, with a chance to ask questions or comment on the experience afterwards. Meditation has been proven to help reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and increase attention span.
