INDIGO AT THE FOUNDRY

Located in Inspiration Alley (200 Carroll Street, 76107), these one-hour, All Levels Flow classes will be at 10:30am on the first Saturday of each month. These classes are included in all of our memberships, or our $25 Day Pass. Be sure to bring everything you need for practice!

HYRDRATE!

As we head into the hottest part of the summer, be sure you're drinking plenty of water! A good rule of thumb is to drink approximately half your body weight in fluid ounces each day, hydrate before, during and after a sweaty asana class, eat water dense foods (like oranges, strawberries, cucumbers, melons, and lettuce), and be mindful of your caffeine and/or alcohol intake.

Intense Side Stretch or Pyramid pose is a deep forward fold that helps to stretch the back half of the body and lengthen the spine. Hands can be brought to the floor or blocks for additional support, or taken behind the back.
