Rebecca is a multi-talented and passionate Yoga Instructor, Thai Yoga Therapist, Reiki Master/Teacher, and Nutrition Therapist.
Her love for yoga was born in 2000 when she began practicing at a local studio in Fort Worth, Texas. In 2008, on a quest for more knowledge, she embarked upon teacher training, acquiring a 200-hour certification at The Dallas Yoga Center. She has since studied with various teachers including Tias Little Anodea Judith and is a certified Baptiste Power Vinyasa instructor, having studied more than 300 hours at the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga Institute with Baron Baptiste.
In addition to being a 200 ERYT and YACEP certified with the Yoga Alliance Rebecca has accumulated many hours of practice and training in the art of Thai Yoga and Thai Yoga Therapy, in which she has achieved advanced certification and training in Thai Medicinal Theory. She blends these passions and skills, including her knowledge of foot reflexology and Reiki, and uses them in both her customized private sessions as well as group classes.
Rebecca has always been a strong believer in holistic nutrition, “Selfcare” and toxin free living. In 2018, she decided to add Nutrition Therapy to her list of services and enrolled at the Nutrition Therapy Institute where she completed her Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner education.
In her private practice, Rebecca pulls together her skills to custom tailor her sessions to meet her clients unique “Mind-Body-Spirit” needs to help them live happier, healthier, more vibrant, and empowered lives and meet their health and wellness goals.
While continuing to study and cultivate her skills and work privately with clients, Rebecca also teaches group classes at Indigo Yoga.
In her downtime, she and her husband Michael enjoy supporting the Fort Worth community, travel, working out and outdoor activities with their dogs Rosie and Raven.
