Summer 21

SUMMER 21

Perfect for those in town or those traveling the world, SUMMER 21 is a twenty-one day digital challenge, faultless for both in the studio, or on the go yogis. Dedicated to keeping you motivated and connected within the Indigo community, seven main focuses lead the program: to be, to feel, to act, to love, to speak, to see, and to know. Through a daily yoga practice for a consecutive 21 days, you will be encouraged to find more simplicity, more ease, and more fun throughout the month of July. Using a private digital platform, you will connect with other fellow SUMMER21 yogis for inquiry, mini-challenges, education, and wellness & yoga tips. This program is the answer to the busy bees of summer!

40 DAY CHALLENGE

The more you know

THE MORE YOU KNOW

Based on our popular Facebook videos of the same name, 'The More You Know' is a four-week series, led by Taylor Matus, that systematically breaks down and explains the entirety of Baptiste's 'Journey into Power' sequence. The intention of this is to give participants a clear understanding of the poses, and how to make them work for the individual need of every daily practice. Each session will include demonstrations, discussion, and practice.
