For some, yoga represents a mere workout routine. For others, it becomes a spiritual practice, with life-changing benefits and the provision of a whole new perspective on the world. As for examples of the former, it would be hard to find a more enthusiastic advocate of yoga than Andrea.
"Hot yoga has truly changed my life," says Andrea, "and Indigo has helped me keep it that way."
In 2012, Andrea found Indigo Yoga and began her practice. From there, she never looked back, and has become a wildly ardent devotee of Baptise Power Vinyasa Hot Yoga. Andrea soon pursued teacher training as the natural evolution of her practice, and became a Certified 200RYT Yoga Instructor thanks to Brooke Hamblet Teacher Training School.
In 2017, Andrea took another step on her yoga journey, and became a full-fledged partner at Indigo Yoga. Her goal? To bring the benefits of yoga to as many people as possible.
"I have gained so much from my practice and the unprecedented and truly wonderful community at Indigo," says Andrea. "I must share it with others, and that is exactly what I now do every day."
