How it works

  2. We meet to talk about your practice and what you are looking for.
  3. If we are a fit, we map an apprenticeship plan: assist hours, mentoring, and a path to a class on the schedule.
  4. You teach. We invest. The studio grows.

Compensation

$50–$90+ per class.

Transparent compensation model. The pay ladder is published inside the studio so you always know exactly where you stand and what is next.
