This is our mainstay class at Indigo. It builds strength, endurance and flexibility through the use of a yoga sequence that focuses on vitality, equanimity, stability, restoration, and rejuvenation. Our instructors are equipped to ensure everyone has access to this practice, making it suitable for all levels, regardless of experience, age, or ability.

COMMUNITY IN PRACTICE
Donation-Based All Levels Flow
Community In Practice is a donation-based All Levels Flow centered on connection, compassion, and community. This class highlights a local nonprofit and invites students to support through donation, supplies, or simply by showing up. Accessible, welcoming, and rooted in service — this is yoga practiced beyond the mat.
HARDcore Sculpt
This 45-minute Sculpt class is a high-energy, full-body workout designed to tone and strengthen to the beat of the music. Using light weights and controlled, repetitive movements, you’ll sculpt lean muscle, build endurance, and feel the burn! Low-impact but high intensity—get ready to move, sweat, and sculpt. Great for all levels, prenatal, and postpartum!

MUSIC + FLOW
This high-energy class is one of our most popular at Indigo. Our instructors use carefully curated playlists and meld them with our All Levels Flow for a playful Friday afternoon community experience.
LITE MUSIC + FLOW
A "lite" take on our Music + Flow classes, this offering combines a chill playlist with our All Levels Flow. This is a fun opportunity to wind down the weekend or set a relaxed vibe for the week ahead.
YOGA DELIGHT
This is our All Levels Flow with soft background music. Let the melodic vibes inspire you to move easier through the yoga postures and set a relaxed mood for your weekend ahead.
MEDITATION
These virtual weekday offerings are accessible from anywhere and are a quick, yet powerful practice at only 15 minutes in length. Instructors will explain how to sit comfortably and in a sustainable fashion before leading the meditation. A variety of techniques, themes, and topics will be offered as you are guided through the sit.
RESTORATIVE YOGA
Restorative Yoga is a gentle, prop-supported practice designed to promote deep relaxation and release tension. With longer-held postures and mindful breathing, this class allows the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and the nervous system to reset. Perfect for slowing down and restoring balance.
RESTORATIVE YIN FLOW
This unique class combines Yin, restorative and slow-flow yoga styles in a calming, tranquil environment. Experience the opportunity to ground and connect with your breath and body through the use of low lighting, ambient music, and mindfully-paced movement. This offering may be a good fit for individuals who are returning to their mat or who prefer a gentle approach to their yoga practice.
RISE
Rooted in faith and fueled by movement, RISE is a specialty Music + Flow class set to uplifting Christian worship music. This powerful practice is designed to renew your body, calm your mind, and connect your spirit — all while praising Jesus through breath, movement, and intention.
Expect a dynamic, all-levels flow that blends strength, stillness, and surrender, grounded in a message of hope, grace, and purpose.

SLOW FLOW
This class uses unique sequencing, slower movement, and ambient music to create a more restorative experience. May be a good fit for people who are newer to the practice, returning after a hiatus, or for those who simply enjoy a more relaxed pace.
STENGTH +
Strength+ begins and ends with yoga to properly warm up and cool down the body. This 45-minute, music-driven class uses a HIIT-inspired format to build full-body strength, power, and resilience through purposeful, functional movement.
Expect intervals that challenge both body and mind—balanced with intentional transitions to support longevity and recovery. All levels are welcome, with options offered throughout.
YIN YOGA
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets the deep connective tissues through long-held, passive postures. With an emphasis on stillness and breath, this class enhances flexibility, joint mobility, and inner awareness, creating space for both physical and mental release.
YOD
YOD is a revolutionary yoga practice that goes beyond traditional formats and combines meditation, optimal alignment, and high intensity training (HIIT). Allowing you to find your edge to empower a sense of awakening.
YOGA NIDRA
Yoga Nidra: A deeply relaxing, meditative practice also known as “yogic sleep.” It guides you through conscious rest, promoting physical, mental, and emotional restoration. Perfect for stress relief and mindfulness.
