FLY! Arm Balance Workshop with Jen V

Join us for 2 hours of fantastic flying FUN as we learn how to launch into the basics of arm balancing. Explore drills, foundational aspects, and variations of postures including Crow, Crane, Side Crow, Running Man, and a maybe a few pop-up extras as time allows! This workshop is appropriate for practitioners of ALL levels, so don't hesitate to sign up, show up, and find out what your incredible body can do!

What to bring: yoga mat, towel, water bottle, blocks & strap (if you have them), and willing spirit!

Arm balance FLY

Nature Immersed Meditation Walk & Sit

Oct. 5th, 2024 | 8-10am | COST: $40, 25% off for Early Bird registration (ends Sept 25th)

Join your Indigo community at the serene Botanic Gardens for a quiet, mindful meditation walk and sit to begin your day taking in the sights and sounds of nature.

Begin and end in seated meditation. Crissa Sigl will provide a handout about the 5 elements (earth, water, fire, air, space) and how they relate to nature/meditation.

Duration: 120 min.
