For one week only, we're opening up our studio doors for anyone with a plus one to visit and experience any of our transformative yoga sessions; as long as you come with a friend, both of your classes are free! Over three months you will explore the fundamentals of yoga, build confidence, and establish a solid base for your practice. Our goal is to guide you through these initial steps, ensuring you have the tools, knowledge, and support needed to embrace yoga as a transformative and positive part of your life. This program gives you full access to our video series with step-by-step instructions that will help you prepare before you step into the studio.

Embrace the freedom of yoga as quickly or slowly as you need, all while our team works to perfect your experience. The best part is, we customize every piece to fit the goals you have in mind for the new year.

It is not too late to join the 3:00 PM class and begin training for the upcoming races! The classes focus on legs, specifically calves and hamstrings to help physically prepare members who may like to participate in the race. Refer to any member of the Indigo team for more information.

We will host a Happiness Hour & Countdown to Cowtown Sign-Making Community Event on February 16th at 5:30 PM! We’ll have food, music, and sign-making supplies available. We’d love to see you there!

Mark your calendars and join us February 24-25th for the 2024 Cowtown 5k/10k and marathon/half marathon races!
