Most of our classes run at 96 degrees. That is deliberate, and it is not changing. It is how this practice has been taught here for twenty years. The heat is radiant, from panels in the ceiling, and 96 is right at body temperature; warm the way sun is warm, not a wall of hot air.
Heat is also the single most common reason people tell us they never came in. So once a week we take the heat out and leave everything else exactly where it is.
The class
Non-Heated All Levels Flow
Sixty minutes of vinyasa in a room at normal temperature. Strength, mobility, breath, and stillness, in that order and on purpose. Taught on rotation by ten of our teachers, every one of them teaching the same practice they teach in the hot room.

What to bring
- Clothes you can move in, and bare feet.
- Water. There is a filling station in the lobby.
- Your own mat, or use one of ours.
Come ten minutes early the first time. The front desk will check you in, show you the lockers, and answer anything you want to ask.

Then this is the class. All Levels means the teacher gives you a version of every posture that works for your body, and names each one as it comes.
I am not flexible.+−
Flexibility is a result of the practice, not a requirement for it.
How warm is the room?+−
75 to 78 degrees with fans running. Our other classes run at 96.
Can I stop and rest?+−
Yes. Sit down, breathe, come back when you are ready. Every person in that room has done it.
What happens after the first class?+−
Your $8 covers that class. Nothing renews. Nothing is charged again unless you decide to buy something.
Will I have to move to the hot classes?+−
No. Some people practice in the cool room for years. Others are in a 96-degree class within a month. Both are the practice.
