Yoga That Reaches Beyond the Studio

Community-based yoga. Trauma-informed teaching.

At Indigo, community isn’t just something we talk about — it’s something we live.

For over a decade, we’ve partnered with local organizations like MHMR of Tarrant County to offer trauma-informed yoga to individuals navigating brain health challenges, substance recovery, and complex life transitions.

This page highlights the work we do to make yoga accessible for every body — and how you can be a part of it.

Trauma-Informed Yoga

Trauma-informed yoga is built on the principles of safety, choice, and empowerment. It’s not about pushing or fixing — it’s about offering people the tools to reconnect with their bodies, breath, and inner strength.

For more than 10 years, our teachers have led weekly trauma-informed yoga classes at MHMR of Tarrant County, offering consistent care and connection through movement.
