Partner Yoga
Saturday, November 15th, 3pm-5pm
$50 per person | Earn 2 Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credits
This playful and inspiring workshop is all about connection — with yourself, a partner, and the practice.
Explore partner-assisted postures, balance work, and mindful movement designed to build trust, strengthen communication, and invite shared challenge.
Expect growth, lighthearted moments, and a fresh perspective on how we show up for ourselves and each other — on and off the mat.
Come with a partner or solo; no experience required.
